Edith van Moergastel studied with Ervin Schiffer, Marjolein Dispa and Jürgen Kussmaul. She did also masterclasses with Fiodor Drushinin, Yuri Bahsmet and Emile Cantor. At this moment Edith is a member from the Concertgebouw Orchestra and several chambermusic combinations. The viola on which she plays is built by Saskia Schouten. Member of the Linari Festival Trio. Performed at the Festival in 2006.
